  • Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Customized T-Shirt orders may require 2–5 business days for production and quality checks before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • West Bengal: 2–5 business days

  • Other Indian States: 4–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or minimum order values.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped:

  • A tracking number will be provided via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if available).

Address Accuracy

An unboxing video is mandatory for all shipping-related claims and disputes.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
