Eligible Reasons for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. The product received is damaged, defective, or has a manufacturing issue.

  2. The product color is significantly different from what was displayed on our website.

  3. You have received the wrong product.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any return, exchange, or damage claim, an unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

  • The video serves as proof of the condition of the product upon delivery.

Return Request Timeline

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 3 days may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized T-shirts.

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or washing.

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 24–72 hours.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
